We start each project with an assessment of your needs. Then we work with you to establish and prioritize your goals and objectives. This includes the development of an action plan for each project.
We’ll work with your team to implement improvements, execute on the action plan, and ensure delivery of your critical priorities.
What We Do
In general, we work with clients in one of these three ways:
Targeted Project Work
These are short-duration engagements designed to address specific business requirements such as performance related issues, upgrades, or migrations. We determine system requirements, review performance metrics, and provide roadmaps for remediation. With review and acceptance from the client, we proceed to the resolution.
Deployed Project Work
These are medium-duration engagements where we assess client requirements, determine a strategy for implementation, and then rapidly deploy a solution. This method ensures that your SolarWinds® software is seamlessly installed across your network. Project Managers oversee each project and a select group of individuals are assigned to support your engagement based upon their areas of of industry knowledge and subject-matter expertise.
Knowledge Transfer
These are short-to-medium engagements where we deliver customized training, mentoring, and provide content that will help you to achieve your objectives for product awareness. This approach is aimed at building awareness and driving enthusiasm towards acceptance of newly adopted solutions.
